I can not recommend John Blake and Blake Construction High enough! He stayed in budget, sent pictures of progress and did really high quality work. I wasn’t able to be in town during construction but he picked out many of my finishes for me. Beautiful and spa like!

Greenside Project - September 2017
John Blake Construction did a complete exterior remodel for us with the addition of an outdoor living space. He installed new 8 foot french doors, redid the concrete, added columns and structural repairs to the front. He removed all the existing vinyl siding to expose the original wood siding which we loved. John also suggested we add awnings which were the perfect touch. This design-build project turned out beautifully.

Silver Creek Court - August 2018
John took out our existing outdoor kitchen and gave us a wonderful new one. He repaired the tile, added new cabinets and counters as well as handrails. The fountain was poured in place as one piece which was a great design idea. He custom built a floating circular form so that structurally it would be stronger and then stained it with clear epoxy to show the beautiful pattern of the concrete. We couldn't be happier with our new outdoor space.
